The cost of hotel accommodation is not included in the conference fee. Copies of the conference documentation are available at a price of GBP 150 if you are unable to attend the conference.

Cancellations made before 18th June 1996 will be refunded in full less an administrative charge of GBP 100 plus VAT per delegate (total GBP 117.50); we regret that cancellations cannot be refunded thereafter. Substitutions are acceptable at any time.

It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content or the timing of the programme.

The registration fee is GBP 745 per delegate plus 17.5 percent VAT (total GBP 875.37) which, according to UK law, must be paid by all delegates. The fee covers attendance at all sesions, refreshments and full conference documentation; the fee also covers attendance at the conference receptions.
