SITE SUPPORT
Web sites are not the same as brochures, you have them printed and that's the end of the job. Information changes, and where with a brochure you may consider correction slips, or pulping remaining stock, updating a web site is a simple task.
We offer a range of levels of support according to your likely needs.
We also know from experience that clients like to call us and discuss Internet-related matters, someone in the office may have suggested the company should be doing this or that, and you want our advice.
You may also want to know how the site is working in terms of how many visitors are accessing it and what pages they are viewing. That kind of information is known as visitor stats and we can supply it as required, along with interpretation and assessments. It may be worth considering adding new material to the site if visitor activity seems to show a particular interest in some aspect of your business.
However, what you will most like to know is that once your site is operational, if you need work done on it, it will be done in a speedy fashion. Clients with a support agreement with us will receive priority attention.

Third Party Fire and Theft
£120 p/a
To borrow terminology from the motor insurance industry, this is the minimum level you should consider. It is your 'insurance' to help you sort out any problems that occur and give you occasional advice and explanations as required. It does not include any actual element of insurance of course, we cannot compensate you for losses howsoever caused.
|
Standard Support
£300 - £600 p/a
A more realistic level of support providing regular contact and feedback on how your site is working using visitor numbers, and making occasional alterations where information such as phone numbers or pricing needs to be updated. This option will cost between £300 and £600 p/a depending on the size of the site and the frequency of reporting, updating, etc.
|
Project Support
£600 p/a and upwards
This option is appropriate where you have information that needs to be added or updated on an on-going basis, such as newsletters or press releases. At the upper price range of £1000 per month you would have a nominated web site designer working on your web site with all the backup and resources that Cyberpoint have available.

Notes: We undertake to provide services and facilities on a 'best endeavours' basis, the nature of the Internet being such that we cannot provide compensation for lack of web site availability or functionality.
